Elon Musk kills Twitter, Minnesota Wild loses hockey game

The Minnesota Wild lost again. Damn, damn.

In response to the 6-4 loss to the Pittsburgh Penguins on Thursday night, the Wild held a quick players-only meeting immediately after the game and while they won’t specifically say what was mentioned, you can somehow so assume what was said by a group of players who suffered their third consecutive defeat.

Yeah, I mean, there’s definitely ways to not lose last night’s game, like: not taking five penalties, not being easy in the neutral zone, scoring on the power play, not relying on Joel Eriksson Ek to score half of your goals. Just stuff like that.

Off road…

  • The Hockey Hall of Fame induction took place earlier this week, which means we can read blogs about current players who have earned the honor. According to one guy, Edmonton Oilers captain Connor McDavid already earned it long before he even turned 30. [ESPN]
