February 23 basketball and hockey results

A tough weekend with two losses did not please the Bloomfield boys well.

So the Bombers came home and minded business.

Isaac McClelland scored 15 points and Max Willix added 13 to lead Bloomfield past Napoli on Tuesday night in a Finger Lakes West Championship game. The win takes the Bombers to 3-3 after weekend losses to South Seneca and Red Jacket.

Cooper Wille added 11 points and seven rebounds for the Bombers and Willix scored three 3 points.

Ryan Lester scored 23 points and Ben Green scored 10 for Napoli (2-4).

HAC 42, Honeye 40

Max Brown collected 11 points and seven rebounds for Harley Allendale Columbia (6-1).

Honeyye is 4-2.

Andrew DaMore scored 16 points for Red Jacket (4-2) and Jaymon Pysnack, James Sibeto and Parker Moore all scored 10 points each.

Derek Andrews scored 16 points, Bryce Ceravolo had 10 points, 5 assists and 4 rebounds and Nick Ferris had 8 points, 9 rebounds and 5 blocks for the Braves (2-3).

Kenyon Mahoney added 11 points and five rebounds for Canandaigua.

Colin McNamara’s shorthanded second-period goal was the eventual winner for Victor, who also had goals from Andrew Haugh and Sam Moore.

Garrett Simpson made 23 saves for the Blue Devils.

Zack Wolfe and Dylan LaChance scored for Thomas and Jackson Gruttadauria made 19 saves.

Canandaigua 5, Brockport 2

Nathan LeGrette scored four goals and assisted another for the Braves (5-2-0) and Dom Spychalski scored one goal and two assists.

Kyle Davis and Lucas Schwartz had assists and Ethan Palmer had one assist and 27 saves.

Joseph Volpe made 22 saves for Brockport (3-2-1) and Tyler Henshaw and Jeremiah Rausch scored goals.
