NEW DELHI: Talented Indian women’s hockey team midfielder Salima Tete has said she is desperate to win a Commonwealth Games medal in Birmingham after a disastrous World Cup campaign earlier this year.

Salima idolizes former India captain Asunta Lakra and Nikki Pradhan, both of whom were huge influences in her career.
